Save unchanged files dialog is not Mac native in a lot of different ways

See that attached shot. I guess half these issues are in Qt and should be fixed there so everyone can build apps that look more Cocoa native

Issues:

• Should be a sheet.
• Should have the app icon.
• Buttons should be the same size.
• "Do not" should be "Don't".
• Save all should not have a focus ring. Pressing 'enter' will still save all changes.
• Buttons should all have the same width
• Don't save button should be aligned to the left.
