    • QtCreator 3.0.0 64bit linux installed on remote machine which has Ubuntu 12.04. Remote machine has FreeNX installed and nx-server is up.
The local machine is Windows 7 64bit. It has cygwin and OpenNX installed.

When I try to start QtCreator 3.0.0 though X-windows, QtCreator fails launch. Moreover, QtCreator 2.8.0 runs fine. However, after install QtCreator 3.0.0, Qt Creator 2.8.0 has been overwritten.

      How to reproduce:
Case 1, through ssh (using cygwin)
      1. ssh user@host -X
      2. run ./qtcreator.sh
      Output:
      ~/qtcreator-3.0.0/bin$ ./qtcreator
QXcbConnection: Could not connect to display
      Aborted (core dumped)

Case 2, through Nomachine (using openNX)
      1. connect remote machine by openNX
      2. run ./qtcreator.sh
      Output:
QXcbConnection: Failed to get the primary output of the screen
Xlib: extension "NV-GLX" missing on display ":2000"
      Segmentation fault (core dumped)
