Qt Creator causes MacBook Pro with switchable graphics to use discrete card

    Description

      Some MacBook Pro computers can automatically switch between an integrated Intel graphics card and a discrete NVIDIA card based on needs.

      Qt Creator 3.0 causes these computers to switch to the NVIDIA card, which will significantly reduce the battery life (< 5 h vs > 7 h). Qt Creator doesn't really require high performance graphics so this should not happen.
