Syntax highlighting not triggered

      I couldn't find a pattern, but it happens all the time.

      A few cases I did notice (inconsistent though):

      • Opening a file from the Issues pane
      • Closing a few files quickly
      • Opening a file from Find Usages results

      Typing anything triggers highlighting.
