folding of "//"-style comment block

    Description

      A user is able to fold a /.../-commented piece of code. It would be good to also be able to fold continuous blocks of lines commented with "//".

      One can comment a block of lines with "//" by using shortcut "Ctrl+/". It is logically expected then that such a block can be folded, is not it?
