When the "Open Project" dialog is evoked from the "Welcome Page", the CMakeLists.txt file is not available for selection. The drop-down menu for the input file filtering has an entry for Cmake-based projects, however the mask is not applied properly to the displayed directory, as only *.cmake files are selectable.

Opening the project through 'File' > 'Open File or project' works well.
