Inconsistent layout in Version Control options

      Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Version Control" -> "General":
      See the distance between "SSH prompt command" and "Patch command". It's clearly bigger than the distances between the other settings:

      All these settings should have the same distance from their respective neighbors.
