no UI way to reindex Help Search index

I experienced the problem that searching for some term (e.g. "QWidget") did not lead to any results. Then I found http://qt-project.org/doc/qtcreator-3.0/creator-help.html telling me to remove the ".helpcollection" folder.

Although that has solved my problem it would be even nicer to have some "Reindex" button inside "Tools">"Options">"Help"->"Documentation". That would even hide more that platform dependent helpcollection folder.

In my case no automatic reindexing happened - that's why I've come across that helpcollection folder issue.
