Range selection in QML profiler isn't as smooth as it used to be

When clicking the "select range" button in the toolbar the range selection marker is automatically placed at a seemingly random position in the main view and has to be manually repositioned to be usable. Also clicking somewhere and then moving the mouse while holding the mouse button doesn't select anymore. You have to release the mouse button, then grab the range handle, and then you can select.
