Resize of mini-help is not nice

    Description

      When I bring up the help mini-window, and it seeks to some anchor in the documentation, if I resize the window to fit a table or more text, the anchor gets lost as the document gets re-laidout. Can we keep the anchor locked until we scroll or page up/down
