Examples page: Hide Qt version combobox if all have the same exmaples directory

It is highly possible that the following SDKs have one common Example folder instead of the current one-example-folder-per-Qt-version.

Task: combobox has to be hidden if all Qt versions point to the same examples directory. That would cover the new and the old scenario.
