Call hierarchy

Hi,

there is recent add-on of "include hierarchy". This is really nice for getting include view of all files.

It would be quite useful to have same thing for functions - so to have "Call hierarchy", where you could get from function under cursor list of all function it is calling, and list of all functions that call it.

This would be useful to me in C based project. maybe something similar can be used for objects in C++.
