"Remove" button enabled (but dysfunctional) for auto-detected compilers

      The 'Remove' Button in the 'Compiler' tab of the 'Build & Run' settings is enabled, but dysfunctional for auto-detected toolchains.

      What I'd expect

      That the button either works for auto-detected toolchains, or is grayed out once an auto-detected toolchain is selected.
