Behavior of "Add leading asterisks" does not match explaining tooltip

I could have simply changed the tooltip but I don't know whether the tooltip or the current behavior is right.

Enabling "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Text Editor" -> "Completion" -> "Add leading asterisks" affects C++-style comments ("/*"), too. The tooltip of the checkbox only mentions Qt- and Java-style comments.

Either the tooltip or the behavior should be fixed.
