dw/cw are inconsistent

dw/cw do different things when you have your cursor at the start of a line and there is some whitespace and then a word. I expect both to operate on the whitespace, cw operates on the whitespace and the word.

The vim concept is that the actual command (the 'w' here) determines the scope, and is the same across all types of usages. Change or delete. So I'm inclined to say that in QtCreator this inconsistency is a bug.
