Designer wrongfully claims to have changed file

1. Open qtquick1\examples\declarative\ui-components\dialcontrol\qml\dialcontrol\dialcontrol.qml from Qt5's sources.
2. Switch to Design mode.
3. In the Navigator, select the slider item.
   An asterisk appears next to the file name as if changes were made. Saving and diffing the file shows that its contents did not change.

The Designer should not change a file if the user did not edit anything. If there are no changes in a file, the Designer should not indicate unsaved changes.
