QbsProjectManager: Failing to open qtcreator.qbs from inside QtCreator

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • start Creator with QbsProjectManager plugin enabled
      • open qtcreator.qbs from latest Qt Creator repository (3.1 branch)

      Current result:

      • Creator stops parsing and prints 
        Module Qt/core could not be loaded.       Library.qbs   6

        inside the Issues pane ( CREATOR_REPO/src/shared/qbs/src/lib/Library.qbs is the file meant above.. )

      Note: works fine on Linux.
