"make docs" fails with not-very-helpful-information

    Description

      When doing "make docs" in Qt Creator, with a shadow built Qt, qdoc fails with
      Cannot open file '/Users/fooobarrrr/qtbase/doc/global/qt-html-templates-offline.qdocconf': No such file or directory

      This qdocconf file is only installed in Qt when running make install_global_docs
      It would be good to at least get that information somehow.
