Description
When using the "Type Hierarchy" view, usually in conjunction with "Class View", You can change the class to usually open it's respective file. When doing this, the Type Hierarchy view does not update, even if you re-select it from the list. You have to select something else, then select it again, and only then will it show the proper context. Perhaps there's a shortcut I'm missing but it seems like there should be a refresh button at least (that is, if having it update when file changes causes performance issues)
