PluginErrorOverview is not modal

      Qt Creator 3.1 compiled with Qt5.2.1

      Steps to reproduce:

      • rename a library of the active plugins
      • start Creator, wait for the PluginErrorOverview to come up

      Current result:

      • PluginErrorOverview is not displayed on top (but this might be an issue with my window manager)
      • if you close Creator, the PluginErrorView stays without automatically getting closed

      Note: inside the code it looks like this dialog is intended to be modal.
