The following doesn't work in FakeVim:

:noremap " <some command>

The command editor shows '<S-">' for some reason when pressing the " key and doesn't execute. In Linux it apparently can map and execute properly when command is done in-editor but it will not read the map properly when the noremap command is read from a .vimrc file. In Windows neither works.
