Document OTHER_FILES

I use this often to make locator find files. I was unsure if this was actually its purpose, and found out that it is, as Ossi confirmed that it is for Creator only, and that "qmake doesn't know anything about it".

It should be documented so that people actually know what it is and can benefit from it.
