Add support for external style sheets in Qt Widget Designer

    Description

      When working with an external QSS file loaded from the resources, changes can be seen only at run-time.
      Would it be possible to add link an external style sheet to dialog in Qt Designer and have the styling from the QSS file applied in Qt Widget Designer during editing and not just when the application is compiled and run?
