Snapshot 2010-04-17 does not launch. (.dll missing)

    Description

      The snapshot ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qtcreator/snapshots/2010-04-17/qt-creator-win-opensource-1.3.83-201004170115-setup.exe starts with the error message like on attached screenshot 'CannotLoadHelpDll.png'.
      The snapshot from a day before had no issues.

      Reason: QtWebKit4.dll from 2010-04-1 is suddenly depending on QtMediaServices4.dll.
      I am not sure if that dependency is correct.

      Or does the nightly build of QtCreator use another Qt branch than 4.7?
