Crash when file has changed outside creator

      Source file edited outside Creator.
      Creator shows dialog to ask about reloading the file.
      Clicked button to reload all.
      Crash.

      This might be related to the Wacom graphics tablet I'm using. See QTBUG-35984 which is reported to be fixed but has a similar crash log.
