Set ProductID/PublisherID in Qt Creator Project Settings

When creating a WP/WinRT Project, Qt Creator should generate a ProductID and PublisherID for the project, and we should be able to change them in Qt Creator -> Projects -> Build Settings for WP/WinRT.
Without setting the ProductID/PublisherID for WP Qt Project, if we open the project in Visual Studio we will see the errors in the attached screenshots.
