QT Design Error: Wrong QML Puppet Executable Version

I've downloaded a new version of Qt with no previous installations on my machine. I can create and use Qt properly until I click to go on the design tab. Where I receive an error. I've tried rebuilding the puppet by following cmd instructions it gives me, but it didn't work.

I'm new to using qt so there's a fair chance I may have simply made a mistake during installation. I kept the packages to default.

I've tried creating various types of projects and as soon as I click the "Design" tab I get forced back to the "edit" tab with the error message being shown.
