QT Creator IDE - Dropdowns are positioned incorrectly

In OS X version, dropdown content in QT Creator IDE is incorrectly positioned in a number of places.
This often makes dropdown content invisible as it goes beyond the screen, and the dropdown itself - unusable.
For example, I cannot add a kit on the 'Projects -> Build & Run' page. See attached screenshots for more details.
I tried multiple dropdowns. All in project settings and those that are shown in edit on Ctrl+Click on a file are displaced. However, one in Examples page that allows to select the build kit, shows contents properly.
