DiffEditor: Double clicking on a removed line jumps to wrong location

      In this image, double-clicking any of the removed lines is supposed to jump to line 391, which is the last known line on the right side + 1.

      Instead, it jumps to line 396 (or 397 or 398), which is the left line number + 1.
