Missing control for Text item's textFormat property

    Description

      1. Open a qml file containing a Text item in Qt Quick Designer.
      2. Select the Text item.
        In Properties view, there's no control for setting the Text item's textFormat property.

      The Properties view should show a control for setting the Text item's textFormat property, just like it does for a TextEdit item.
