iOS: Disconnecting device while debugging does not disable 'Start Debugging'

Steps to reproduce:

• start debugging an application on an iOS device
• when debugger is up and running, disconnect the device

Current result:

• 'Run' button is disabled, 'Start Debugging' stays enabled

Expected result:

• both buttons are disabled (as it is when you disconnect the device when you're not debugging an application)
