"New" dialog is always on top

    Description

      1. Select "File" -> "New File or Project..." from the menu.
      2. Switch to a different application, e.g. Firefox.
        You'll still see the "New" dialog.

      When Creator is being sent into the background, its dialogs should go to the background, too.
