Android: Error label displayed although no NDK configured

Steps to reproduce:

• open Creator with clean settings
• go to Tools -> Options... -> Android

Current result:

• properties page displays an error label ("The GDB in the NDK appears...") although there's no NDK configured

Expected result:

• error label comes up only if there's a NDK configured and has a broken GDB
