ClearCase Plugin does not show checkout comments, when checkin in

When giving a comment in the checkout dialog, the comment does not show up in the checkin dialog. (What should be the case)
It does not matter in what dialog the comment was given (ClearCase-Dialog or QTCreator-Dialog).

That is to say: the checkout comment does show up in the history after the checkin.

I flagged it as a bug, since such an editor exist, but it might be 'only' a suggestion.
