Generic Project incorrectly update include paths

      When adding new file to already existing Generic Project type project then ProjectName.includes file is update incorrectly. My home directory is always added but all code is on another partition. Also when new file is in new subdirectory then this subdir isn't added. It's related to previously noticed bug.
