I noticed that the automatic QML puppet compilation failed on my system. I dug into the code and noticed that the auto-compile seems to trigger a full-on build process involving qmake, (n)make etc. Seemingly, the generated makefile contains some copy shell commands, which failed on my system (Wnidows7 in my case). I made a new Windows user containing no spaces and the compilation succeeded for that user.

Urgent question: why has the puppet to be auto-compiled anyway? Can't it be part of the normal installation?
