    Description

      Our Gerrit creates links to the patch review in the commit messages footer on submit, e.g.:

      Reviewed on: http://server.local/1234

      It would be nice to have them clickable and open the browser.

      It may be possible for the "Reviewed-by" emails too (but not that important for me)

      The git log currently provides the following, these should be supported by the Diff description also:

      • Commit hashes (also in the body)
      • Author mail
      • Change-Ids
      • Task-numbers
      • URLs
