keyboard focus of "window switching popup" borked

How to reproduce:

• open some source files in Qt Creator
• press Ctrl-Tab to open the "switch window popup" (whatever it's called)
• while holding Ctrl-Tab use the up/down cursor keys to navigate in the window list

Result:

The underlying text editor scrolls the text up or down.

Expected Result:

The cursor keys should change the selection in the window list.

This is a regression from Qt Creator 3.2.
