Opening Assistant in separate windows does not show side bar

    Description

      If Qt Creator Options->Help->General:On help Start is set to "Always show help in External Window" and on F1 hit when Assistant is shown it does not shows the side bar and there is no way to bring the side bar at all. Alt+0 does not work either.
