[REG] Blank debugger tooltip

      Here are the steps how to reproduce. I used "wiggly" example application.

      1. Make sure that "Use tooltips in main editor while debugging" is set
      2. Set breakpoint to QFontMetrics metrics(font()); line in WigglyWidget::paintEvent()
      3. Start debugging and once breakpoint is hit move mouse cursor on top of "x" variable
      3. Do not move mouse just press F10 and you should see blank tooltip

      Not reproducible with 3.1.2.
