"New File or Project..." shows templates for random platform

1. Start Creator with empty settings, e.g. by passing -settingspath with an empty directory.
2. Open "File" -> "New File or Project..." from the menu.
   The dialog will display all available templates.
3. Configure an Android kit.
4. Open "File" -> "New File or Project..." from the menu.
   The dialog will display Android templates only. The combo box in the upper right corner is set to "Android Templates".

The dialog should still display all templates.
In Creator 3.2, this showed "Desktop templates", which is much more useful.
