First quick fix/refactoring does not happen

    Description

      1. Start Creator.
      2. Open a C++-file.
      3. Right-click on a variable's declaration.
      4. Select "Refactor" -> "Convert to Pointer" from the context menu.
        Nothing happens.
      5. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
        The variable is being converted to a pointer.

      The refactoring should already work on the first time.
