Cannot enable "dark" theme

      1. Start Creator with clean settings.
      2. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Environment" -> "General".
      3. Select "dark (built-in)" from the "Theme" combo box.
      4. Click "OK".
      5. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Environment" -> "General" again.
        "default (built-in)" is selected in the "Theme" combo box.
