Steps to reproduce:
1. Ctrl+1
2. Choose "Examples"
3. Scroll with the scrollbar on the right side.
=> Scrollbar doesn't move

(This also happens if you choose "Projects" or "Tutorials", but these pages might not have so much content that a scrollbar is needed.)

I expected:
The scrollbar to be interactively moved.

As a consequence, I can only inspect the examples visible on the viewport when the Examples page is opened.
