Welcome Screen is adding new Welcome Page twice

    Description

      The plugin is added to m_pluginList twice. One time in WelcomeMode::welcomePluginAdded and second time in WelcomeMode::initPlugins. Actually it is not quite clear what is the intended behaviour.
