Consider documenting new "Environment Changes" in Kit Settings

I just saw that there's a new 'Environment:' entry in the Kit configuration. Editing it just opens up a text edit, and it's not obvious to me how to use it actually.

I suppose the "Adding Kits" section should be updated accordingly (+ screenshot).
