Description
Using RC package #100 on Mac 10.9 (ios/android/mac)
qt-enterprise-mac-x64-android-ios-5.4.0-rc_2014-11-26_09-02-37-100
When I open the WebView example, the project fails to open with error:
Project ERROR: Xcode path is not set. Please use xcode-select to choose Xcode installation path. Error while parsing file /Users/caroline/Qt5.4.0/RC_E100/Examples/QtWebView/1.0/webview/webview/webview.pro. Giving up. Project ERROR: Xcode path is not set. Please use xcode-select to choose Xcode installation path. Error while parsing file /Users/caroline/Qt5.4.0/RC_E100/Examples/QtWebView/1.0/webview/webview/webview.pro. Giving up.
Selected kits when opening the projects are:
android-armv7, clang, iphone phone and iphone simulator.
Now, if I close and reopen the project, the project opens i Debug mode fine.
When I switch to Release mode, the error above reappears.
If I switch back to Debug mode, the projects opens but with the message:
Project ERROR: Failed to parse qmlimportscanner output.
Note: I was able to build/deploy/run the samegame example in Debug and Release mode. I do more investigation.
