clang code model does not update syntax highlighting on session reopen

      I have enabled clang code model for C/C++ and for headers
      If I open a session with opened files then the syntax highlighting is wrong.
      Workaround is to close the file and open it again.

      Before closing a session syntax is highlighted correctly

      After session is re-opened the syntax highlighting is incorrect.
