Code pop-ups while debugging often show as a grey rectangle rather than a popup-inspector

    Description

      Hovering over symbols in the code editor either shows the expected inspector, or just a grey rectangle with no GUI inside.

      The grey rectangle happens mostly for local variables, other symbols (types, enums, functions) seems to work ok.
