Designer plugins not working

      Qt Creator does not show any components from designer plugins. There are plugins in <QtDir>/Tools/QtCreator/bin/plugins/designer that are installed by installer, but they are never shown in design mode.

      Looking at the strace output of Qt Creator seems that they are at least opened, which makes me think this is a bug.
